This Policy applies to all services offered on the Handwriting International website and works in conjunction with our ‘Terms and Conditions.’


Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the services provided by Handwriting International, we empower you to cancel your online purchase made through our website if you are dissatisfied with the purchase and the associated services. To initiate the cancellation of your online purchase, you must submit a cancellation request within 5 days from the date of payment for the purchase.


Refund Policy

Within 5 days of making your purchase, you can request Handwriting International to apply a refund to your account if the course or service’s content does not meet your expectations. Refund requests initiated within 24 hours of the purchase, if accepted, will be entitled to a full refund (excluding tax). Other refund requests, if accepted, will be eligible for a refund of up to 80% of the purchase amount. However, under no circumstances will money be refunded for a cancellation request made after the expiry of 5 days from the date of purchase. The refund process will be completed within 7-10 business days from the time a refund request is received by Handwriting International.
